Faktanya setiap jenis produk yang diproduksi brand roti massimo sudah mendapatka sertifikasi halal dari Kerajaan Malaysia, Keterangan ini juga diperkuat oleh klarifikasi pihak pembuat kebijakan halal Malaysia melalui akun facebook resminya.
